To make 8
700g Pigs liver
150g Bacon
2 onions
175g fresh breadcrumbs
75g suet
2tsp fresh sage
1tsp fresh basil
salt & pepper
Heat oven to 180c
Mince/ wizz onions, bacon, liver & herbs with wizzer... or food processer
mix in remaining ingredients
Form 8 balls roll in flour, cook close together in baking tin for 30 minutes
serve with onion / red wine gravy, mushy peas & cheesy mash!!!
Loads of iron!!!
