Onion Bread

Great with soups, burgers, sausages etc

1 medium onion finely chopped, sauteed in 15g butter until soft and cooled.

300ml tepid water
2 tsp sugar
4tsp dried yeast
450g white "00" bread flour
2tsp salt
1tbsp olive oil

Process in bread maker white bread setting, add cooled onions after first kneading.
