2 spring onions finely chopped
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp worchester sauce
small bunch corriander finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped capers
1 lge egg, beaten
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, season & mix well
2. Shape mixture into 8 burgers
3. chill for 1 hour or freeze between greaseproof paper.
To Cook
Defrost if frozen, brush both sides or burgers with oil, grill or BBQ
Suggestions
- Add a slice of cheese just before serving
- Toast lightly the buger buns
- Mix 4 tbsp mayo with 2 tsp dijon mustard and spead on bun
- add lettuce, tomato, cucumber , red onion and maybe avocado slices
