700g Pigs liver
150g Bacon
2 medium Onions, chopped
75g suet
2tsp chopped fresh sage
1tsp chopped fresh basil
salt & pepper
Mince all ingrediants together.
Form into 8 balls and roll them ibn a little plain flour
Pack closely together and bake at 180c for 30 minutes
Serve with onion gravy & cheesy mash.ummmmmmmm
